I wish I could help, but I don't really work out :/ When I do, I walk, and I almost always go with someone else!...so talking is my motivation. Other than that, I work out to Gilmore Girls, but I don't think you can get all of those on your iPod :)

Kel, Can I just tell you my secret... I have had the Couch to 5K open on a lingering tab on my browser. I see it every time I open the computer. I look at it. I think of you. And I think, "I'M going to do that!" I can do that. So today I went to the gym all inspired and everything. But I forgot to look at what I'm supposed to do the first week - so I went with the eliptical and some upper-body weight lifting. Thanks for the inspiration. I like "Bicycle." Can't remember who sings it, but it sure pumped me up through many a spin class.
