Needing some inspiration!

Ok people, I need to get a playlist together to keep me motivated during the longer runs coming up in my Couch to 5k program.

Please let me know what songs get you pumped up when you're working out!

Have a wonderful day!

My all time favorite song to run to is Footloose! It always picks me up!

Hmmmm, let me get back to you on this one. I'm not much of a runner, but surely I have some songs in my itunes that "pick me up."

I wish I could help, but I don't really work out :/ When I do, I walk, and I almost always go with someone else!...so talking is my motivation. Other than that, I work out to Gilmore Girls, but I don't think you can get all of those on your iPod :)

Ok, judge away but I like Kelly Clarkson's "My Life Would Suck Without You" I do have a running mix, maybe I should make you a CD and send it to you for Christmas. ;)

Kel, Can I just tell you my secret... I have had the Couch to 5K open on a lingering tab on my browser. I see it every time I open the computer. I look at it. I think of you. And I think, "I'M going to do that!" I can do that.
So today I went to the gym all inspired and everything. But I forgot to look at what I'm supposed to do the first week - so I went with the eliptical and some upper-body weight lifting.
Thanks for the inspiration.
I like "Bicycle." Can't remember who sings it, but it sure pumped me up through many a spin class.
