"What did Max do" Wednesday....

So I decided that I am going to try and dedicate wednesday postings to my first born, my dog Max (or Maximus) if you speak Rhett).

If you read my 25 things blog a few days ago, then you understand that this dog is quite fitting of a weekly tribute. For those who didn't read or can't remember, my dog buried my grandmother's bra that included her fake book (she had a mastectomy when she was diagnosed with breast cancer many years ago). My family came to town for my bridal shower, and granny dot stayed with me....she left her door open, and my dog did a sneak attack and stole her bra....we looked for an hour and couldn't find it, and then my sweet husband got out the shovel and successfully located the "hidden treasure."

Anyways, I will do the best I can to capture the weekly events of my dog. They have become less outlandish since the husband lost his job (now Max has to try and be super sneaky...or maybe he's just not quite as bored as before).

So here's my first go....

Max gets away with burying things because we have a doggie door....if for some reason it is closed he will bury things in the couch...ridiculous, but you won't believe some of the things we have found in our couch. However, today wasn't a couch burial day. Today I noticed the "dirty nose." His normal nose color is black, it was totally brown and dusty today when I looked at his face...and immediately walked outside to assess the damage....

here is what I found....

why yes that is a brand new towel. I think he dedcided to bury it because I gave him a bath yesterday....and he wasn't a fan....

So that concludes this weeks "What did Max do" Wednesday

I love your dog! He is the funniest creature. I'm glad he is still causing the occasional ruckus, or usually more than occasional.

What did Max do Wednesday is a great idea! I'll be looking forward to reading...

(So you guys could be moving to Virginia?)
