Conversations with my husband!

Another actual conversation I had with my husband when I got home from work yesterday...

Rhett: I had some lower back pain going on my jog this morning...I think I'm getting old and fat

Me:  (looking at him and acknowledging the old and fat part..jk) How long were you on the crapper for?

Rhett:  What?

Me:  Well what did you say?

Rhett:  I said I was having some lower back pain on my jog this morning...

Me:  I thought you said that you were having lower back pain on the JOHN this morning!

(laughter ensued)

Either my husband doesn't know how to annunciate or I can't hear or probably both!
