Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes

Hello Friends!

I'm BACK!

I have missed you all so much! The past few weeks have been overwhelming, crazy, and full of both excitement, and complete boredom.

Here's the quick run down.

January 21st-Last day as school nurse.
January 22nd-My parents came to visit.
January 25th-My parents left to go back home, and 1st day of clinic nurse job.
February 1st-(0700) Interview at different job, (1000) Got a job offer.
February 3rd-Put in my two weeks notice.
February 17th-Last day at clinic job.

So on paper that doesn't look like too much, but it was quite the month.

So yes, I am job hopping yet again!

Why you may ask? I want to be a nurse. I want to go to work every day and make a difference in other people's lives. I want to respect myself and the job I have.

I could not do that at the clinic job that I just left. It wasn't what I was promised. I basically got yelled at daily from cranky old people or drug addicts because we didn't have their narcotics ready for them. I didn't sign up for that and I am just thankful that another opportunity presented itself as quickly as it did!

So here I am presented with 1.5 weeks off, and I plan to use this time to my advantage.

Do you guys remember this song? It was totally on the radio as I was driving home yesterday. How appropriate huh?

Have a wonderful day!

Closing time - every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end

Wow, it does sound like you've had quite the month! I hate it when patients yell at me. Some places are definitely worse than other for that too - I hope the new job turns out well!
