So without further ado, here is my list of must have summer scents.
1. Swimming Pools!
I grew up about 20 hours away from the ocean, so I LIVED in the pool growing up. What can I say....I'm a Pisces and am a fish. The chlorine smell brings back so many wonderful memories or summers spent with my grandmother, cousins, my swim team, and eating ice cream sandwiches and macaroni and cheese after a long afternoon in the pool.
Am I the only person who would crave Mac and Cheese (the blue box kind) after hours in the pool?
I am a weird one...
2. Sunscreen!
It is a summer necessity for the pale red head, and smelling it floods my mind with wonderful moments remembered. Please friends, wear your sunscreen. We have seen so many people come to my clinic with Malignant Melanoma, and that stuff spreads like WILDFIRE! If you do nothing else this summer....put on that sunscreen!
3. Bath and Body Works Sweet Pea Body Spray.
4. Calgon Hawaiian Ginger body spray.
Can you tell that I'm not much for overpowering perfumes? The body spray in my opinion gives the perfect amount of refreshment, without suffocating those around me! Anyways, I LOVE LOVE this scent. In high school, my dear friend Amanda introduced me to this smell, and it just reminds me of those summers when she would visit and we would spend time catching up (and getting into some trouble)!
5. Bar-b-Que's
Seriously? Find me someone who doesn't, and I will show you a pig that can fly!
6. And my new favorite scent, Febreze Hawaiian Aloha Air Freshener.
This spray is like summer in a bottle! It's wonderful, and what I love most is that this Febreze collection of air fresheners helps to eliminate odors and not just cover it up!I hope you all have a safe and wonderful summer filled with memories, friends, family, and fun!

Ooh, I'm going to check out that febreeze! Thanks for the tip! I lived for the pool too- my cousins and I would spend 5+ hours in theirs a day!
I can't wait for Baby Joy to be big enough for the pool. We are going to enroll her in the earliest age swimming lessons possible. Maybe she'll have inherited her ability to swim from her Aunt Kelley!
I love the smell of coconut sunscreen....that always reminds me of summertime
I lived in the swimming pool as a child as well...summertime definitely brings back a lot of wonderful memories for me too :)
Sunscreen is a major need for me too!
