My husband is nuts...

Seriously....I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but this is SOO blog-worthy, at least in my mind.

In case you weren't aware I have an incredibly unhealthy obsession with reality shows.  I don't discriminate.  I love trashy, wholesome, lame, and just plan odd shows.  Now my husband on the other hand HATES ALL reality shows.  Do I care? No, not so much.  If he will subject me to Barrett-Jackson Car shows, then I earned a right to watch as many reality shows as possible (am I right or what?)!  Anyways, one of my favorites is Project Runway.  And anyone who watches it knows Tim Gunn...

Ever since Rhett saw him, he referred to him as "pink shirt guy."  He started saying this out of anger....since I was making him watch the show. Gradually, he started saying it with a little bit of love and admiration in his tone.  Last night, while I was trying to watch The Biggest Loser, who pops on screen? "PINK SHIRT GUY!"  My husband screamed it out in utter joy, and incessant laughter ensued!  

Oh goodness....I think he secretly has a man-crush on "Pink Shirt Guy!" (just don't tell him I said that!)

So here's the story...

I was getting ready for bed half watching/listening to the 10 o'clock news, when I heard the words Bolo Tie....

In 2007, our governor made it the official neckwear of New Mexico (RIDICULOUS). And yesterday, the NM House apparently voted to allow people to wear the bolo tie during legislative sessions! If you don't believe me here's the story!

I guess bolo ties making the news are much better than murders, robberies, or drunk drivers ( oh wait, that did make the news), but seriously....bolo ties. DO you thingk What Not To Wear will do a show strictly on everyone who wears one? We could only hope!

How did I snag such a hunk?

So my husband is totally awesome...he's so good to me.  He puts up with my moodiness (sp?), issues, and overall craziness.  On the flip side, I tend to think that I'm a pretty great wife...I put up with his gas (DISGUSTING!), his randomness, and oh his fantastic fashion sense...

We went to go rent some movies one night recently and it was a little cold outside, so instead of putting normal pants on.........

He comes out of the bedroom wearing this....

....yes, that's right khaki shorts and long underwear...sexy yes...

AND, on Christmas day he came out from the bathroom at my parents' house with this face....

He was instructed to shave shortly after...

I have a sexy husband....ladies, he's all mine!
